VibeCheck Proprietary License

1. Personal Ownership and Usage

When you purchase or download VibeCheck, you receive a perpetual personal license to install and use the Software. You may use it on your personal devices indefinitely — no subscriptions, renewals, or activation codes are required.

You "own" your copy of the Software and all data you create with it.
However, the Software's source code, technology, and design remain the property of the Developer.

2. Redistribution and Modification

You may not:

• Share, redistribute, or resell the Software without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.
• Repackage or include the Software in any other product.

3. Privacy and Data

VibeCheck operates locally and does not collect or transmit personal data.
All data remains stored on your device unless you choose to back it up manually.

4. Updates

Updates or improvements may be provided at the Developer's discretion.
You are entitled to use the version you purchased indefinitely, even if updates are no longer provided.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
Use is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Developer shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Termination

This license remains valid indefinitely unless you breach its terms.
Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.

8. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
