VibeCheck Privacy Policy

1. Overview

VibeCheck is built on a simple principle: your data belongs to you.
The app is designed to operate entirely offline, with no telemetry, tracking, or background data collection.

2. Data Storage

All data generated through the app — including projects, checklists, and preferences — is stored locally on your device.
VibeCheck does not transmit or sync this data to any external server owned or controlled by the Developer.

If you uninstall the app, your data remains on your device unless you manually delete it.

3. Internet Access and Third-Party Services

VibeCheck may connect to third-party AI APIs (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) only when you explicitly use AI-related features.
In such cases:

• Requests are sent directly from your device to the chosen API provider.
• The Developer does not intercept, log, or store these requests or responses.
• Use of these APIs is governed by the respective provider's privacy policy (e.g., OpenAI or Anthropic).

You can disable or avoid these features to keep VibeCheck fully offline.

4. Analytics and Tracking

VibeCheck does not include analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or third-party tracking of any kind.
No personal or usage data is collected, shared, or sold.

5. Payments and Checkout

Purchases are processed through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment provider.
No payment details are stored or handled by VibeCheck or the Developer.
Stripe's separate Privacy Policy applies to payment processing.

6. Data Control and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally, you have complete control over it.
Deleting the app or its data folder permanently removes all information created by you.

7. Updates to This Policy

If the app ever introduces optional cloud-based features in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes.
You will always have the choice to opt out of any data-sharing features.
